Hourly Consulting

$125/hr

When you could use a little guidance while still maintaining day-to-day control.

  • This is best if you’re not ready to hand off your finances, but still have questions you need answered, would like to occasionally review things with a professional, or even just want some accountability.

  • Billed hourly, these can be regularly scheduled meetings or ad hoc support for one-off needs and special projects.

  • This time is for you. Common areas of focus are reviewing finances and financial health, questions around budgeting, insurance, cash needs, etc. You bring the issue and we’ll work out the solution together.

Bookkeeping

Starting at $425/month

Clean financials paired with guidance to help you run a better creative business.

  • Not everyone has the time, experience, or both to tackle the financial side of your business. Start here if you’re ready to hand this part off so you know it’s done properly and have it off of your plate.

  • I’ll take over the financial records for your business and have your business transferred and integrated in under a week. After that, you won’t need to worry if your books are in order ever again.

  • You’ll receive a Profit & Loss statement each month via email and a more comprehensive P&L, Balance Sheet, State of Cash Flows, and any important notes around business performance and health on a quarterly basis. Email support is always available to you and face-to-face meetings with you and/or your team are available to be scheduled.

Business Management

Starting at $750/month

Complete management of your business finances to help you grow.

  • This is for businesses that have reached a level where you need someone truly dedicated to overseeing and managing both the daily admin and also the big picture.

  • Full onboarding of all financial processes. This would include bookkeeping, bill pay, invoicing, and payroll. The idea is to remove the burden of business finances from your life so you can focus on your real work.

  • You’ll receive a monthly P&L via email, monthly scheduled meetings, quarterly full financials, and anytime email or phone support. Consider this your in-house CFO.
